Information on general returns and refunds
Returns: Indicate the reason for your return and the order number and send it by email to soporte@compraenisrael.com
Wrap the package securely. To avoid customs delays or tax tolls on the sender, it is suggested to ship via airmail only. The mail for change, regret or any error that has been caused on your part, as well as not having read the description of the article and claiming its content will be 100% at your expense.
Do not declare a value.
Items from the JEWELRY Collection that are personalized will not be returned due to regret or for any other reason because they are pieces made to order. In case of sending a personalized article that does not comply with what was requested by the client, you will have the option of exchange or return according to the indications expressed here.
We will indicate by mail the address of our warehouse where to send the return.
Refunds/Exchanges: We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error. Exchanges will only be offered for defective products. It is understood by refunding shipping costs to return the shipping cost for the return to our warehouses.
Returns due to regret or change of model/size/etc. are at the customer's expense.
It is estimated about 60 days for a full refund and 90 days for an exchange.
