Modern B'nai Or Wool Tallit with Rainbow Colors

This beautiful Tallit is made of wool. This model is one of the so-called Modern, since they start from the initial idea of the oldest Talit with some modifications. The Tallit Beney Or (or B'nai Or) was designed in the mid-1970s by Rabbi Zalman Shlomi Schechter, who expressed the colors of creation through the rainbow colors of the prayer shawl and according to the holy book of "Zohar":

Purple: creation of light; Blue: creation of sea and sky; Green: creation of trees and grass; Yellow: suspension of the sun and the moon in the sky; Pink: creation of cold-blooded creatures, such as fish and other inhabitants of the depths; Red: creation of all creatures, with man at the head - "How great are your works, O Lord!"
